In order to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a pleasant stay, please read the following regulations, which are an integral part of the rental agreement, which is concluded by making a reservation and paying the entire amount for the stay. By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he or she has read and fully accepts the terms and conditions of the regulations and undertakes to comply with them. RESERVATION, RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
1. Reservations can be made free of charge via a web browser on the website https://apartamentszyndzielnia.pl using the reservation form, by phone at (+48) 690 335 335 or by e-mail adress@apartamentyszyndzielnia.pl, in which you must provide all the required information. data such as: Personal data, address details, contact number and e-mail address.
2. After making the reservation using the selected method, the Guest receives detailed information regarding the reservation sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Guest.
3. Making a reservation electronically and paying the full reservation fee is tantamount to the Customer's acceptance of these Regulations in their entirety. The regulations are publicly available on the website https://apartamentszyndzielnia.pl/regulamin.
4. The reservation will be confirmed only after the payment specified in the reservation is received, in accordance with the deadline specified after making the reservation and in an e-mail to the address provided by the Guest in the reservation form.
5. Payment can be settled using online payments via the website that supports online payments: TPay (regulations of the TPay payment service provider at the Internet address: https://tpay.com/user/assets/files_for_download/regulamin.pdf) and Przelewy24 (regulations of the service provider Przelewy24 payments at the Internet address https://www.przelewy24.pl/regulamin) or by leaving your payment card details in the reservation form or by traditional bank transfer. The Guest receives detailed payment information by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Guest in the reservation form.
6. The Apartamenty Szyndzielnia service provider has the right to pre-authorize the Guest's payment card and complete the pre-authorization if payment by payment card is selected in the reservation form no earlier than the day before the date of automatic cancellation specified in the Guest's reservation.
7. Failure to make the payment within the time specified when making the reservation, with free cancellation of the reservation, before the start of the stay, means the Guest's resignation from the apartment rental agreement and results in the cancellation of the reservation. The Guest is informed about this fact in an electronic message to the e-mail address and in an SMS message to the e-mail address and contact number indicated by the Guest in the reservation form.
CHECK-IN, STAY AND CHECK-OUT
8. Check-in and access to the apartment is unattended using the individual access code received, which is sent to the Guest by e-mail and in an SMS message after confirming the reservation and payment to the e-mail address and contact number provided by the Guest in the reservation form. , before the start of your stay.
9. The apartment is rented for a short period. The stay starts at 2:00 p.m. and lasts until 11:00 a.m. the next day. The guest may not transfer or make the apartments available to other people during the rental period, even if the room rental period has not expired.
10. On the day of check-out, you must leave the apartment according to the time of your stay and close the apartment's entrance door after leaving.
11. Szyndzielnia Apartments offer a paid late check-out service, available depending on occupancy. The service requires approval from the reception. The service fee is not included in the price of your stay and must be paid before arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the service if it is not confirmed and paid for.
12. The guest should submit a request to extend the stay beyond the period covered by the previous reservation to the reception staff at least 24 hours before the end of the stay. The reception will consider the request to extend your stay depending on its capabilities and availability.
13. In case of departure before the planned end date of the stay, there is no refund for unused and paid days.
14. The reception is available on weekdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., located on the ground floor of the building (staircase A) in the immediate location of the rented apartment. RESPONSIBILITY AND FACILITIES
15. The guest is obliged to observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
16. Apartamenty Szyndzielnia is not responsible for the loss or damage of material items brought by the Guest to the apartment, for stored money, securities and valuable items owned by Guests, including valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if the damage resulted from the properties of the items. brought or as a result of force majeure or was solely due to the fault of the injured party or the person who accompanied him.
17. Apartamenty Szyndzielnia is not responsible for interruptions in the supply of electricity, water or heating resulting from network failure, force majeure or other factors beyond the facility's control. If such a situation occurs, the hotel will make every effort to minimize its effects.
18. The Guest should immediately inform the staff of the Apartamenty Szyndzielnia facility at the reception about any defects occurring in the apartment during their stay.
19. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire rented apartment and Apartamenty Szyndzielnia facility, i.e. kitchen, bathroom, hall, living room, bedroom, balcony, staircase. Violation of the smoking ban in places subject to it will result in a financial penalty of PLN 1000, which includes the cost of removing unpleasant odors.
20. The guest undertakes not to exceed the number of people staying or staying overnight in the apartment beyond that specified in the reservation form. Otherwise, the Guest will be obliged to pay an additional fee for the people staying with him.
21. The guest of the apartment bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction caused to all devices and items in the apartment.
22. The guest is obliged to immediately inform about any damage caused by him during his stay and bears full financial responsibility for damage caused to the apartment and the building in which the premises are located.
23. All faults reported later than the first day of stay will be collected from the Guests currently staying.
24. It is strictly forbidden to remove any elements of the Apartment equipment (including towels) that are the property of Apartament Szyndzielnia. Theft will be reported to the appropriate services and financially punished.
25. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which cannot be eliminated immediately, Apartamenty Szyndzielnia undertakes to provide an alternative apartment, similar to the originally booked apartment, if it has one.
26. Parents or guardians are responsible for children staying on the premises. The facility does not have any security measures to protect small children.
27. Apartamenty Szyndzielnia is not responsible for any inconvenience caused during your stay related to: construction or finishing works that may be carried out on the premises and in the vicinity of the facility where the apartment is located and interruptions in the supply of utilities.
28. Each time leaving the apartment during their stay, the Guest is obliged to secure it by closing the entrance door and windows, turning off the air conditioning and turning off the heating plate and other electrical devices.
29. Apartamenty Szyndzielnia provides guests with a free parking space on the property. The parking lot is monitored and secured with a barrier. The facility is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or loss of property left in the parking lot.
30. The price for renting the apartment includes cleaning services after the reservation date. and is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning service during the stay - replacement of bed linen or towels is provided at the customer's request for an additional fee.
31. It is prohibited to store bicycles and other sports equipment in the apartments. There is a room for storing equipment called the Bicycle Room. The bicycle room is equipped with hangers to protect the equipment, is publicly available to tenants of the facility and is locked.
It is prohibited to transport bicycles using the passenger elevator on the property.
32. For the comfort and safety of all guests, as well as to prevent potential allergies, property damage and other inconveniences, it is prohibited to bring animals into the apartments of Apartamenty Szyndzielnia.
33. The Guest undertakes not to transmit, publish or make available any content that is or may be considered illegal, violating the rights of third parties, including copyrights, personal rights, personal rights or other rights protected by law, as well as offensive content, vulgar, threatening, discriminatory, promoting violence, hatred or any other actions contrary to law or good practices.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
34. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned rules may result in immediate termination of the rental service without the right to receive a refund for the stay.
35. Canceling a reservation outside the free cancellation period, after making a prepayment and before the start of the stay, requires the Guest to pay a fee of 20% of the reservation value. This amount constitutes compensation for the benefits lost by the facility and the costs incurred in preparing the apartment for the Guest's stay.
36. The Landlord reserves the right to refuse to accept and cancel the reservation of a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated the regulations of the facility or caused damage to the property of the facility or other guests, or caused physical harm to people staying on the premises, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of other guests.
37. Complaints related to the implementation of the rental agreement for the sale of short-term rental services may be submitted by the Guest in writing, providing a description of the problem. The content of the complaint may be sent electronically to the e-mail address: sekreta@apartamentyszyndzielnia.pl or in writing to the address of the registered office of BB Invest Urszula Socha 43-316 Bielsko-Biała, ul. Bliska 33/12. The Service Provider will respond to the submitted complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the letter, replying to the address provided by the Guest.
CHILD PROTECTION STANDARDS
We would like to inform you that new regulations are in force from February 15, 2024, which are aimed at increasing the safety of children. Accommodation establishments must now confirm whether adults staying with children are their parents or guardians.
Taking into account the content of the United Nations guidelines on business and human rights, recognizing the important role of business in ensuring respect for children's rights, in particular the right to protection of their dignity and freedom from all forms of harm. Bliska 33/12, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała adopts appropriate rules and procedures in the event of suspicion of harm to a child staying at the facility and to prevent such threats.
Apartamenty Szyndzielnia in Bielsko-Biała take children's safety very seriously. In accordance with international standards, we are committed to protecting our youngest guests from all forms of harm. If we suspect that a child is being harmed, we will immediately report it to the appropriate services.
